All of our products come with a 100% guarantee. We want satisfied customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you are entitled to an exchange, reprint, or refund. Refunds and Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your order and do not wish to exchange or reprint, simply return the merchandise directly to us with an explanation, and you will be entitled to a refund. All postage costs to return the merchandise to our offices will not be refunded. In order to return merchandise, we ask that you return the complete set of dog tags to us in a standard padded envelope. Please send it to us by regular U.S. mail to our business mailing address at: Mustangtags. Reprints and Returns If your dog tags are not stamped the way you intended, you are entitled to a reprint, regardless of fault. However, the reprint must be solely a correction to the original text or formatting. We reserve the right to deny claims for reprints that are not the error of our company. To return your dog tags for reprinting, you must remove your silencers and ball chains, tape your tags to cardstock or paper, and place your tags in a standard envelope. Do not forget to provide a written explanation including your requested changes.
